2004
January 16. The Regulations of "Metallurgy CAPITAL" interval unit investment share fund were registered by the Federal Securities Commission. Registration number 0173-71669847.
February 10. The first time creation of "Metallurgy CAPITAL" interval unit investment share fund was completed with fund’s assets totaling 439 876 100 rubles.
"Metallurgy CAPITAL" interval unit investment share fund is the first fund oriented for investment in steel mills, smelters and related industries launched on Russian funds market.
March 15. "Metallurgy CAPITAL" interval unit investment share fund units trading was launched in the RTS trading system with assignment of IFCAMC/IFCAMCG ticker symbol.
2003
On May 14, "Asset Management Company Interfin CAPITAL" registered the Rules for trust management of the following mutual funds:
Interval mutual investment fund "Energy CAPITAL", № 0111-14176783
Interval mutual investment fund "Telecom CAPITAL", № 0110-14176702
As of July 1, the total assets managed by "Asset Management Company Interfin CAPITAL" exceeded 1 billion rubles.
On September 5, "Asset Management Company Interfin CAPITAL" won a tender to manage private pension savings transferred from the State Pension Fund.
On October 9, "Asset Management Company Interfin CAPITAL" signed an agreement with the State Pension Fund for the trust management of private pension savings.
As of October 23, the total assets managed by "Asset Management Company Interfin CAPITAL" exceeded 1.4 billion rubles.
2002
In February, "Interfin Trade Financial Joint Stock Company" bought "Asset Management Company Interfin CAPITAL".
As of September 13, the charter of this Management company was 65,750,000 rubles.
1998
On January 28, Open-end mutual fund "Partnership" completes the initial placement of its shares.
1997
On March 4, the Federal Securities Commission issued license № 21-000-1-00016 to manage investment funds, mutual funds and non-state pension funds.
On August 29, the Charter and the Offering Prospectus of the "Parnership" open-end mutual fund were registered. The registration number is № 0016-47304902
1996
On March 12, "Asset Management Company Interfin CAPITAL" was founded. Moscow Registration Chamber issued the company the state registration certificate № 060.054
