How and where can one buy or sell mutual fund's units?

Buying and selling mutual fund's units is very easy. You just have to come to our office where our employees will help you to fill in an application form to buy or redeem (sell) the fund's unit. After that, if you intend to buy units, you fill in a payment order form to transfer your money to the fund's account. If you do not have a bank account you do not have to go anywhere else to open it, we will help you to open an account with our partner IMPEXBANK right on the spot. This will also cut the fees you pay to transfer money into our account. If you intend to sell units you have to provide the number of your account in any bank into which you want us to transfer your money. It only takes about 20-30 minutes to fill in an application form and open an account.

Individuals should provide:
- An official ID (passport, officer's ID, military ID);
- Details of a ruble checking account;
- Also, if you choose to pay in advance, you should pay at least the minimum investment amount (1,000 rubles) and have a copy of a payment order form with you.
Legal entities should provide:
- Copy of the company's charter*;
- Copy of the company's registration certificate*;
- Copy of the company's charter agreement or a similar document *;
- Signature card, seal print and confirmation of the positions of persons listed in the signature card *;
- Letter of authorization for a representative of a legal entity, authorizing the representative to buy units, and the representative's ID;
- The legal entity's (company's) banking details.
Documents marked with * must be notarized.
When buying our fund's units, you fill in an application form, where you put your data and the invested amount (if you have made an advance payment).
The amount of units you buy is kept in the investor's account opened for you in the Fund's holders register.
After the money has been transferred to the Fund's bank account and a corresponding number of units is registered at your account, the Fund's Registrar presents the managing company with a statement giving your account number, the amount of units you bought and their price. After that, you can receive such a statement on any business day at the managing company's office.
