General information
In May 2003, our Management company registered two new interval share mutual investment funds, one of them is Telecom CAPITAL. A special feature of Telecom CAPITAL fund is that it invests in sectors of the economy, which are currently experiencing intensive growth.
Telecom CAPITAL invests in companies of the following subsectors:
• Radio equipment production
• Measuring equipment production
• Computer equipment production
• Telecommunications equipment production
• Electronic goods production
• Telecommunications
• Information services sector
According to the rules for trust management, the fund was to be formed from May 23 to June 10, 2003. The process could end earlier if the fund's assets value reached 5 million rubles.
The fund’s activities are closely controlled by the Federal Securities Commission, further guaranteeing the protection of investors’ rights and interests.

• 1% (including VAT) if the investment is less or equals 100,000 rubles;
• 0.5% (including VAT) if the investment is over 100,000 rubles but less or equal to 200,000 rubles;
• no fee is charged if the investment is above 200,000 rubles. |
Redemption fee
(% of the investment unit price) |
•1.8 % (including VAT) if redeemed in less than 200 days;
• 1 % (including VAT) if redeemed after 200 days but in less than one year.
• no redemption fee is charged when units are redeemed after more than one year or if more than 200 units are redeemed. |
Management fee

15 % of the unit's price increase multiplied by the number of units, but not above 8.1% (including VAT) of the net value of the fund's assets. See the Rewards and expenses section(VIII) of the Fund's charter. |

| Intervals |
Applications to buy or redeem units are accepted on each business day during the following periods each year:
June 15 - June 28;
